Bike Specific Training

If you have read about me you will realise that riding and racing bikes is one of my passions. I understand and imbrace the term 'marginal gains' So, If your aim is to complete a cyclo sportive or to achieve race fitness I can design a training plan for you.

I will work with you to set power and HR zones to ensure your time training is efficient and working towards specific targets. Working on the Wattbike or on the road I can help you with your pedal technique to ensure power efficiently through the curve. I can also complete a bike fit for you making you more comfortable and efficient on the bike.
